Megan Mullaney
- Megan is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to help attract, recruit, and retain top candidates for our firm. Her day to day activities include sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and working on various initiatives to help improve and enhance our TA function.

Megan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from The University of Mount Union and a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from The University of Akron.
Her educational background led her to HR, starting as a Wellness Specialist at Sarnova and then advancing to roles as a Corporate Recruiter and HR Coordinator.
Before joining Rea, she worked for Rise Brands, a leading hospitality company in Columbus. While in this role, she was responsible for overseeing various HR functions and driving Talent Acquisition efforts to support the brand's growth and expansion into new markets.
